Lead Generation Specialist
LOCATION
Remote position with potential for occasional in-office collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, proven experience in lead generation or sales, strong understanding of CRM systems, excellent communication skills, ability to analyze data, self-motivated, and proficiency in marketing automation tools and social media.

Identify and qualify leads through various channels, maintain CRM records, conduct market research, execute outbound marketing campaigns, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, engage with customers for events, monitor key metrics for lead generation, and continuously improve lead generation processes.

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels including social media, email campaigns, webinars, and industry events. Introduce potential customers to sales organization via warm, hand-off methods.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and their progress in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and regular updates.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and understand industry trends to target potential clients effectively.
- Outbound Outreach: Execute outbound marketing campaigns to engage and nurture prospects, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Communication: Provide customer engagement when needed for events, webinars, and other related activity.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics and performance indicators related to lead generation activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and continuously seek ways to improve lead generation processes and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
