Location: Remote
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation via Cold Calling and LinkedIn: Proactively generate qualified leads through cold calling and LinkedIn outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant platforms.
- Identify and Strategize Lead Sources: Research and identify new sources for generating leads and implement strategies to find qualified prospects.
- Email Marketing & Follow-up: Send targeted marketing emails, follow-up emails, and ensure proper lead nurturing.
- Attend Exhibitions and Tradeshows: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and tradeshows to generate new leads and expand the company’s network.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and contribute insights for improving lead conversion rates.
- Database Management: Maintain and manage CRM databases to ensure all leads are accurately tracked, segmented, and nurtured.
- Qualify leads through research and outreach before passing them to the sales team.
- Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
- Utilize CRM and project management tools to track leads and project progress.
- Prepare documentation and status reports for the sales team.
Required Skills and Professional Expertise
- Proven experience in lead generation, particularly in the SaaS, software, or ERP industry.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.
- Strong communication skills—both spoken and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Solid experience in market research, database management, and lead qualification processes.
- Strong collaborative skills to work closely with the sales team to align on lead qualification criteria and sales strategies.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience selling IT Consulting & Software Services, SaaS, IT Products, or ERP solutions to businesses.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems for lead tracking and nurturing.
