WHO WE NEED
The Lead Valet oversees valet operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service, efficient vehicle management, and smooth day-to-day operations. This role acts as the primary point of contact for customers and team members, provides leadership to valet staff, and ensures compliance with safety and operational standards.
Supervise and manage a team of valet attendants.
Assign daily tasks and parking assignments to team members.
Train new and existing staff on valet procedures, customer service, and safety protocols.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Greet guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism and courtesy.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and effectively.
Ensure all customer interactions reflect a positive and welcoming experience.
Coordinate vehicle parking and retrieval to ensure efficient traffic flow.
Oversee the secure handling of keys and accurate record-keeping of parked vehicles.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area.
Ensure valet operations adhere to company policies and local traffic regulations.
Conduct safety checks and enforce compliance with workplace safety standards.
Handle emergency situations, such as accidents or vehicle issues, professionally and promptly.
Prepare schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
Maintain accurate records of valet tickets, customer information, and team attendance.
Report any incidents, damages, or operational issues to management.
