Job Description: Part-Time Leasing Agent

Are you a motivated, people-oriented individual interested in property management? Join our team as a Leasing Agent and help prospective tenants find their perfect homes while maintaining our properties at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units.
• Assist with lease agreements and guide tenants through the application process.
• Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, such as cleaning common areas, maintaining pet waste stations, and keeping outdoor spaces tidy.
• Build positive relationships with tenants to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed on local market trends to support leasing efforts.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Passion for working with people and helping them find their homes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Sales experience (or willingness to learn).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Work Schedule:

• Saturdays: 9 AM–6 PM.
• Two other days through out the week.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend
