Position: Leasing Agent

Location: Kissimmee, FL

Salary: Based upon qualifications and experience

Summary: Property management firm is seeking a LEASING AGENT who is outgoing, eager for a challenge, work well in a fast paced environment with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to lease apartments, market in the local target market and assist current residents at a 420 unit new conventional multi-family property in Kissimmee, FL. This key position will be responsible for the following:

Ø All aspects of the leasing process from the initial point of contact to following up with the resident after move-in

Ø Coordinate online marketing

Ø Work with the manager and assistant manager in fulfilling the marketing strategy

Ø Assist current residents

Ø Assist the resident relations team with lease renewals and other resident events/activities
