RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage guest cards, screen leads, coordinate showings, ensure tenant qualification, maintain compliance with renters insurance, handle communications, oversee property listings, develop marketing materials, conduct market research, prepare move-in folders, and foster positive tenant relations through effective communication.

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Property Managers by managing leads and coordinating showings while ensuring high tenant satisfaction and low vacancy rates. This position requires a proactive approach and strong customer service skills.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team. This role involves managing guest cards, screening leads, and coordinating showings to support our Property Managers. Key responsibilities include ensuring tenant qualification, compliance with renters insurance, and handling communications. Additionally, you will oversee property listings, develop marketing materials, and conduct market research to attract new tenants. Administrative tasks include preparing move-in folders and fostering positive tenant relations through effective communication and support.

The right candidate for this position will have a cheerful disposition, be ready to speak to potential residents with confidence about our available properties and produce showings as a result of those efforts. This candidate will spend a third of their day working diligently to maintain our less than 1% vacancy rating. When not closing leads, they will be refreshing our external ad placements, conduct showings of units as well as complete property inspections.
This position is not eligible for remote work.
