Leasing Consultant
LOCATION
Downtown Arlington, TX and Fort Worth, TX (Arlington: 133 Units; Fort Worth: 265 Units)
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum two years of apartment leasing experience, bilingual in English and Spanish, strong customer service and administrative skills, knowledge of property management and leasing processes, ability to adapt to new technologies (training provided for Rent Manager).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet prospective residents and conduct apartment tours, assist with application processes, implement marketing strategies, respond to resident inquiries, prepare leasing documents, maintain accurate resident records, and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking an experienced bilingual Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for multi-family residential apartments in Arlington and Fort Worth, TX.
We are seeking an experienced and bi-lingual Leasing Consultant for our properties located in Downtown Arlington, TX and Fort Worth, TX.
Arlington, TX 76011- 133 Units (renovation lease up)
Fort Worth, TX 76116- 265 Units
You will be responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments.
Reports to: Community Manager and/or Regional Manager
Supervises: None
Wage Status: Hourly (Non-exempt; eligible for overtime) / Pay based on experience

- You have to LOVE people, all kinds of people!!
- You must be able to “seal the deal”! Expectations of at least a 30% closing ratio
- Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather
- Be an inspector! Tour routes and models are your showcase; make sure they look their best!
- Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
- Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction
- Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written communications
- Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, and existing residents and your team members
- Have exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail
Here are some of the things you have already conquered!
- You have at least two or more years experience in apartment leasing
- You can adapt to new technologies- Rent Manager is the operating system (prior experience with Rent Manager not necessary- Will Train)
- You are proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language
- You are also proficient in writing, speaking, and understanding the Spanish language

Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Leasing and Marketing:
- Greet prospective residents and provide them with tours of the apartments and community amenities.
- Highlight unique selling points of the apartments and the community to prospective residents.
- Assist prospective residents with the application process and ensure all required documents are collected and processed promptly.
- Implement leasing strategies and marketing initiatives to attract prospective residents.
- Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and trends.
Customer Service:
- Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Coordinate resident events and activities to foster a sense of community.
Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare lease agreements and renewal documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and current residents.
- Ensure all leasing forms and documents are completed according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintenance Coordination:
Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure apartments are move-in ready and resolve any maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong understanding of property management and leasing processes
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Experience with Rent Manager helpful but not required
- Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and manage conflicts
- Proficient in data entry and office tasks
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a requirement. Please do not apply if you are not bi-lingual.
