Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property leasing processes, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining positive relationships with residents. This position requires strong sales abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices.

Duties
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of available units.
- Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and other relevant documentation using property management software such as Yardi.
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating effective conflict management skills to resolve issues amicably.
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet resident expectations.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and promote available units effectively.
- Provide administrative support related to property management tasks as needed.
Experience

- Strong sales background with proven ability to close leases effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
