Leasing Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leasing Manager to oversee our property leasing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants. This role requires strong administrative skills, a thorough understanding of property management, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Manage the entire leasing process from initial inquiries to lease signing.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Conduct property showings and respond to prospective tenant inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate leasing documents and records through effective data entry.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to address maintenance issues promptly.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
• Handle tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
• Monitor lease expirations and coordinate renewals or terminations as necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of local rental market trends to inform pricing strategies.

Experience

• Proven experience in property leasing or management is essential.
• Strong administrative skills, including legal administrative tasks related to leasing agreements.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations.
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to effectively market properties.
• Experience in conflict management and customer service within a property management context.
• Knowledge of property maintenance processes is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
