We are a growth-oriented multifamily real estate company seeking a results-driven, customer-focused professional to support leasing efforts, optimize rent collection, and assist in managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Sales Leadership:
Lead by example to drive leasing performance. Support the leasing targets in achieving occupancy goals through expert sales techniques, personalized follow-ups, and innovative strategies to attract and retain residents.
Rent Collection & Delinquency Management:
Participate in rent collection processes to ensure timely payments and low delinquency rates. Collaborate with residents to address payment concerns and enforce lease terms when necessary.
Customer Service Excellence:
Serve as a key point of contact for residents, ensuring satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving escalated issues promptly and professionally.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Collaborate with the leasing team to generate leads, maximize traffic, and convert prospects into residents, utilizing creative approaches to meet and exceed leasing targets.
Community Engagement:
Help cultivate a welcoming atmosphere by planning resident events and promoting a sense of belonging within the community.
Operational Support:
Assist the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, including financial management, delinquency reporting, and team supervision.
Administrative Expertise:
Ensure all lease paperwork, records, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time. Monitor and analyze leasing and rent collection trends to improve processes.
Marketing Collaboration:
Partner with marketing efforts to showcase the community’s luxurious features and amenities through online platforms, outreach initiatives, and onsite strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in a sales or leasing environment with the ability to close deals and meet occupancy goals.
- Rent Management Experience: Familiarity with rent collection processes and strategies to minimize delinquency.
- Leadership Potential: Experience leading or coaching a team, with the ability to inspire others to achieve their best.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A natural problem-solver with a passion for helping people find their perfect home.
- Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple priorities, ensure accurate rent records, and maintain operational excellence.
- Flexibility: Available to work weekends and occasional evenings to accommodate leasing needs.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with property management software, Entrata experience is a must! Online marketing tools is a plus.
