Are you a dynamic, outgoing individual with a passion for real estate and customer service? RealAmerica is seeking a Seasonal Leasing Specialist to join our vibrant team for the summer months. As a key member of our leasing office, you'll be the face of our community, providing exceptional service to prospective tenants and assisting them in finding their ideal home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours and showcase our amenities with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Assist in the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, availability, and competitor offerings.
  • Foster positive relationships with current residents to enhance retention and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: College degree or equivalent work experience; certifications in Affordable Housing Compliance and Property Management Designation.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years managing diverse property portfolios with a strong focus on financial viability, personnel management, and strategic development. Knowledge of leasing practices and Fair Housing regulations is a plus.
  • Skills: Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite. Must be self-directed with excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage tasks, projects, and assignments concurrently
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 20% of the time to manage property operations and vendor relationships.
