Licensed Esthetician

Icebox Cryotherapy Studios is seeking a part-time Esthetician for our Tucson, AZ studio. Icebox is an upscale athletic and therapeutic spa specializing in innovative cold therapy. We work with clients that are looking for athletic recovery, wellness, natural pain management and beauty services using cold therapy.

The Icebox Esthetician will perform a variety of treatments including CryoTherma and Cryo-Facials. This position is responsible for educating our guests on the services and products offered, and flawlessly performing beauty treatments. Estheticians will be crossed trained in all cold therapy modalities and expected to assist in the studio when not performing beauty services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform the job in the most trustworthy and respectable way
• Sell the Icebox Product and ensure clients understand the complementary opportunities when coupled with efforts to embrace a healthy lifestyle
• Adopt clients as family members and ensure we treat them as family
• Continuously educate clients on products, services, while obtaining feedback with each interaction
• Perform client consultations for skin and body treatments
• Provide exceptional Cryo-Facials and CryoTherma services
• Execute opening and closing of treatment rooms
• Maintain equipment and use proper amounts of products to assist with cost controls
• Cross-train with Wellness Coordinators to be an active part of the team, wherever needed
• Be proactive in efforts to build client base and maintain book of business

• Prior experience in spa, health, or wellness industries or recent graduation with passion for facials, skincare, and beauty

• Flexible to workday, evening, and weekend hours as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
