Job Description:

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping patient engagement strategies, partnering with the Vice President of Marketing to build impactful communication programs that guide patients seamlessly through their healthcare journey with QuickMD. This position is ideal for someone passionate about designing thoughtful, data-driven engagement programs, collaborating with teams such as customer service, product, and business operations, and fostering meaningful connections across email, push and SMS that improve patient retention and drive growth where clinically appropriate.


In this role, you’ll ensure patients feel informed and supported at every touchpoint, strengthening their trust in QuickMD’s care. By fostering these connections, your work will empower more individuals to take charge of their health while expanding QuickMD’s reach to provide life-changing care to those who need it most.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage welcome journeys, nurture tracks, and product-focused messages for new and existing patients.
  • Create and manage campaigns such as care notifications and prescription renewals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to distribute educational campaigns and ensure patients receive timely information.
  • Monitor and optimize metrics like retention, patient lifetime value, conversion rates, and email engagement.
  • Monitor and optimize email deliverability and sender reputation by managing domain authentication, maintaining clean email lists, and adhering to industry best practices and compliance standards.
  • Work closely with the customer care team to ensure critical information is sent to patients appropriately.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Iterable, Braze, or Marketo.
  • Demonstrated experience with email deliverability and sender reputation management, including familiarity with tools like Return Path, Postmaster Tools, or similar platforms for monitoring and optimizing performance.
  • Experience with customer data platforms like Segment and collaborating with tech teams for integrations across tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to lead and execute strategy independently.
  • Previous healthcare experience and familiarity with HIPAA is not required, but a major plus.
