Job Overview
Real Estate License Required! A listing manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a property listing process, including preparing listing materials, coordinating photography and staging, managing marketing efforts, ensuring accurate information on the MLS, and facilitating communication between sellers, agents, and other vendors to smoothly list a property for sale; essentially acting as the central point of contact for all listing-related tasks, ensuring a seamless and efficient selling process. They are also responsible for all the Listing Leads in the Teams Contact Management System, making sure that everyone is on a Marketing Campaign and their file has up to date contact information.
Duties
- Keep our current CRM system up to date with Seller Leads and current/past clients, including Marketing Campaigns and Follow Up Systems, including Campaigns for Expired, Canceled and Withdrawn Listings.
- Help Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote property listings and attract potential buyers with our Marketing Department & Listing Agents.
- Marketing Reports every 30 Days for Each Listing.
- Coordination of Open Houses & Video Marketing w/Marketing & Agents
- Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current trends, pricing, and competition within the local real estate market.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to property transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely, including Office Compliance Systems.
- Maintains and Monitors all Feedback on Active Listings, Answers Agent/Calls/Emails/Questions
- Review Listing Paperwork & Complete File as needed, Look up Deeds, etc.
- Responsible for All Price Reductions, Extensions, Withdraw Paperwork and All System Updates.
- Review incoming Offers on Properties, Prep Offer Sheets if needed
- Responsible for Creating & Maintaining a System for Signs & Lockboxes
- Works with Director of Sales & Director of Operations on Listing Systems/Lead Gen Systems and Implementation.
- Lead Generation to Include but not limited to: Manage & Implement the Expired Listing System, Online Lead Platform Updates, etc.
- Weekly 411 Meetings with Director of OPS
- Mastermind with Agents & Operations
Skills
- Real Estate License Required
- Strong knowledge of real estate terms and real estate contracts

- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

We are currently a Real Estate Team consisting of 6 Agents in production with the Goal of adding 2-3 more Agents in 2025. Our Operations Staff consists of a Marketing Manager, Transaction Coordinator, Admin Assistant and Director of Operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
