THE OPPORTUNITY

The LMCUR Marketing Specialist develops and executes strategies to promote rewards-based programs for clients. This role creates B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) marketing materials, driving customer engagement and adoption. Working with cross-functional teams, the specialist designs impactful campaigns and assets across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with division goals and client needs.

THE WORK ITSELF

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote rewards-based programs across B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Create and execute digital and traditional marketing materials including email templates, social media content, digital ads, and print materials.
  • Maintain the LMCUR web site, ensuring proper messaging, links, and optimal user experience.
  • Develop and execute monthly LMCUR B2B newsletter.
  • Collaborate with teams and external partners to develop compelling content and sales collateral.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Maintain a marketing content calendar, ensuring timely campaign execution.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for marketing, production and distribution.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, offering insights for optimization.
  • Stay current on marketing best practices and trends to improve program success.


THE SKILLS YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on rewards or loyalty programs (preferred).
  • Experience in creating marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in project management and vendor coordination.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent project management abilities, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email, and social media.
  • Ability to create persuasive marketing materials for B2B and B2C use.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven marketing improvements.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and adaptability to changing marketing trends.
