THE OPPORTUNITY
The LMCUR Marketing Specialist develops and executes strategies to promote rewards-based programs for clients. This role creates B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) marketing materials, driving customer engagement and adoption. Working with cross-functional teams, the specialist designs impactful campaigns and assets across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with division goals and client needs.
THE WORK ITSELF
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote rewards-based programs across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Create and execute digital and traditional marketing materials including email templates, social media content, digital ads, and print materials.
- Maintain the LMCUR web site, ensuring proper messaging, links, and optimal user experience.
- Develop and execute monthly LMCUR B2B newsletter.
- Collaborate with teams and external partners to develop compelling content and sales collateral.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to enhance marketing efforts.
- Maintain a marketing content calendar, ensuring timely campaign execution.
- Manage relationships with external vendors for marketing, production and distribution.
- Track and report on campaign performance, offering insights for optimization.
- Stay current on marketing best practices and trends to improve program success.
THE SKILLS YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or related experience.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on rewards or loyalty programs (preferred).
- Experience in creating marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C markets.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and analytics platforms.
- Experience in project management and vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences.
- Excellent project management abilities, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email, and social media.
- Ability to create persuasive marketing materials for B2B and B2C use.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven marketing improvements.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with cross-functional teams.
