**Job Description**
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to find immediate opportunities and gateways to accelerate the growth of our organization using several educational and licensing products.
Our Marketing Specialist will work directly with our CEO/CMO in rapidly identifying revenue generating opportunities, and developing plans for execution of marketing campaigns based upon those identified opportunities. The success of our Marketing Specialist will require commitment, motivation, resilience and a competitive attitude, all of which will be rewarded with a fast-track elevation to a higher marketing role in our company.
**Overall Qualifications**
You must be a quick study who can rapidly learn and understand CRT's business - its products, business model and growth plans. You'll need to bring energy, creative thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as stellar communication talent to this role.
You will be required to demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing methodologies and channels, especially SEO, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing (including email marketing, social media marketing and paid advertising) Performance Marketing, Inbound Marketing and Content Marketing.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions across various channels.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
- Manage content creation and social media marketing initiatives to promote brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing projects and objectives.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
You must have:
- expertise in working with Learning Management Systems
- interest in constantly seeking new and innovative ways to drive growth
- the ability to identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- proficiency in web analytics and marketing automation tools
- superior written and oral communication skills, including web, social, presentations, and research, demonstrated by an ability to create copy that drives action
- expertise in developing demand-focused content such as appealing educational tips and advice, brochures, and other downloadable assets designed to engage and educate prospects while driving lead generation
- a competitive nature and the motivation to drive interest and engagement with CRT products
- a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients

* *Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in LMS marketing and B2B Marketing.
- Project Management skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Adaptive and Collaborative: Enjoys working in an agile, dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment.

Proficiency with:
- Google Workspace
- Zoom Meetings and Webinar Platform
- Asynchronous Learning Platforms
This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the CEO/CMO with a salary of $60-75k commensurate with experience, and profit sharing directly tied to your success.
