THE JOB
Reporting to the Experiential Design Manager, the Experiential Designer will create compelling environmental graphics, signage and wayfinding packages to support new venue development branding and operational needs. The Experiential Designer will be responsible for translating venue brands into the built environment, from concept design through fabrication and installation.
Your role will include the following tasks:
- Create conceptual designs and renderings for interior and exterior signage
- Develop exterior signage design intent packages in conjunction with Design and Architecture team, in line with local code and zoning requirements.
- Produce interior signage design intent packages – develop location plans and message schedules, create a cohesive design package including wayfinding, code required, operational, and branding – in conjunction with internal Brand, Architecture and venue operations teams.
- Coordinate pricing, fabrication, and installation of signage packages with vendors in concert with Experiential Design Manager.
- Manage design, entitlements, fabrication, and installation process, schedules, and budgets; provide regular updates to project management team.
- Produce artwork files for presentation and production.
Who will you work with?
- You will work closely with a team comprised of cross functional stakeholders from Live Nation including Project Development, Design & Architecture, Fan/Artist Services, F&B, Sponsorship, and Premium Sales. You will also work with general contractors and external consultant teams.
- You will report to the Experiential Design Manager .
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, architecture, interior design, or related field; 7+ years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Experience with all phases of project development from conceptual design through construction administration..
- Ability to read and understand architectural plans and specifications.
- Experience working on exterior and interior signage design and implementation.
- Desire to work collaboratively with architects, project managers, and internal stakeholders
- Detail oriented, quick learner and able to manage and prioritize tasks independently
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign required. Skills in Bluebeam, Revit and SketchUp/Enscape a plus
- Ability to travel domestically to project sites and meetings.
- A portfolio of previous graphic design and installed signage work is required.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$72,000.00 USD - $90,000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
