Join Scrub! Cleaning as a Location Manager / Client Sales Specialist to manage Philadelphia operations, drive sales, cultivate client relationships, and implement sales strategies.
For 16 years, Scrub! Cleaning has been providing outstanding house cleaning services to clients in the Philadelphia area. We are fueled by high quality and accountabilty, and we strive to provide exceptional service to our clients.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Location Manager / Client Sales Specialist. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Philadelphia location while driving sales growth and building strong client relationships. You will have the autonomy to develop and implement your own sales strategies. We value individuals who are proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Location Management:
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, customer service, and team coordination (as applicable).
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment for all team members.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work space.
Client Sales & Acquisition:
- Actively prospect for new business through various channels (e.g., warm leads, networking, online marketing).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Business Development:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities within the local market.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at local events and community gatherings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,178.00 - $65,452.00 per year
