Verify daily lock-ins, process lock requests and reconciliations, monitor pipeline reporting, provide technical support, act as liaison for closed loan transactions, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

Seeking a Lock Desk Analyst to support the Capital Markets Department by providing customer service, maintaining communication, and assisting with mortgage loan operations in a dynamic lending environment.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Lock Desk Analyst to join our team! The Lock Desk Analyst supports the Capital Markets Department by assisting in meeting goals, providing superior customer service, presenting a professional image, and maintaining excellent communication with Mortgage Loan Originators, Clients, and Management. The Lock Desk Analyst must also demonstrate a strong desire to learn company policies, pricing engine operations, operating/risk platforms, and relevant analysis We are seeking highly motivated, ethical, team player who is looking to be part of a company with a great future in lending. Responsibilities:
- Verify and confirm daily lock-ins from all sources.
- Process requests for extensions, relocks, program changes, etc.
- Processes lock reconciliations for purchased loans by end investor.
- Monitor multiple pipelines daily and pipeline reporting.
- Provide technical support for pricing engine users.
- Crosstrain in other functional areas of Capital Markets.
- Act as liaison for the company between outside investors and internal departments regarding the sale and delivery of closed loan transactions.
- Prepare and send the initial disclosure package within TRID required timelines for all types of loans.
- Ensure that all information and documents are accurate and comply with all applicable federal (TRID) and state laws.
- Verify the accuracy of fees to mitigate TRID and RESPA violations and cost to cures.
- Prepare re-disclosures within 3 days of change in circumstance (CIC) to ensure compliance with governance, policies, and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as requested or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Optimal Blue Pricing Engine and Encompass system experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong Mathematical, Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Well-organized with extreme attention to detail.
- A Strong sense of urgency is needed for this position.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Working knowledge of mortgage loans and an understanding of pricing required.
- Knowledge and understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Secondary Marketing field.
