Summary
The Marketing Coordinator oversees daily marketing operations, executing strategies to enhance Lift Truck Centers brand presence across both online and offline channels. This role involves managing social media, executing graphic design projects, and handling contact and asset management.

The Marketing Coordinator ensures brand consistency while supporting core brandsToyota, Bobcat, Landoll, Snorkel, Xtreme, Sellick, Nilfisk, and FactoryCatby following manufacturer guidelines. They collaborate with Marketing Manager and internal teams to develop marketing materials, coordinate events, and track performance metrics, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with the companys strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities: Integrated Marketing and Customer Experience

Build familiarity with LTCs customer base, target markets, and competitors to support marketing initiatives. Implement the annual marketing plan by executing detailed action items and adhering to the timeline and budget set by the Marketing Manager.

Implement integrated campaigns for specific customer segments (e.g., warehousing, logistics, manufacturing) to support LTCs positioning as a leading material handling partner.

Manage multi-channel marketing approach through digital and traditional platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales. Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Design

Content Calendar Management: Work with the Marketing Manager to maintain a detailed content calendar, ensuring timely, optimized, and cohesive content across all platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns.

Digital Marketing Execution: Implement strategies for website management, SEO, paid advertising, and email automation to increase content reach and engagement.

Content Creation: Write and edit compelling content that aligns with the companys brand voice and strategic goals, including blogs, press releases, and social media posts.

Multimedia Production: Produce engaging short-form videos, reels, and graphics for social media, ensuring all visual content aligns with brand standards and objectives.

Print and Promotional Materials: Design and manage print advertising materials such as flyers, product releases, envelope inserts, in-house signage, holiday cards, and van wraps.

Branding Assets: Develop branding materials, including business cards, letterheads, logos, forms, and Canva templates.

Presentation Support: Assist in creating a range of presentations, including monthly safety presentations, using Canva to uphold brand consistency and deliver high visual quality. Integrity | Performance | Respect | Accountability | Quality | Compliance | Appreciation | Kaizen | Trust

Digital Asset Management: Maintain an organized repository of digital assets, providing all departments with access to brand-approved logos, templates, and imagery, including service truck wraps and LTC logos.

Website Content Management: Update products and manage content across all LTC websites using SEO and SEM techniques to enhance customer usability and continuously increase traffic and sales.

Social Media Management

Manage the companys social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries.

Use social listening tools to monitor conversations about the brand and industry, providing insights to the Marketing Manager for strategy adjustments.

Run paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing targeting and budget to increase engagement and lead generation.

Lead Generation & Contact Management

Be knowledgeable of LTCs CRM system, Toyotas Aimbase leads and its integration with the marketing plan.

Assist in developing a lead database for marketing initiatives by collecting information through various methods, including scanning business cards, gathering lists from the sales team, and inputting data into our contact management and marketing software.

Performance Tracking and Analytics Reporting Collaboration

Work with Marketing Manager and First Impressions to define and track KPIs for marketing campaigns, providing detailed monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Collaborate with Marketing Manager and First Impressions to utilize data analytics tools to monitor trends, campaign effectiveness, and market shifts, adjusting strategies based on insights. Internal Marketing Communication and Engagement

Develop and implement monthly employee newsletter, collaborating with the Marketing Manager to include relevant content, upcoming events, and employee spotlights.

Additional Responsibilities: Cultural Development and Employee Engagement Support

Take pictures throughout year at training, special events, company lunches

Provide assistance with various cultural development activities and initiatives, including LTC Employee Recognition programs, the LTC Gear Store site and ordering processes, the Employee Portal site, and the creation and distribution of swag bags.

Event Marketing and Sponsorship Support

Assist as needed with planning internal and external company events: Support the organization of various events and celebrations, including the annual Christmas celebration lunches, fall festivities, Easter events, the annual BBQ, and more as needed.

Assist as needed with all special projects

Vendor and Partner Management Support Assist as needed with building and maintaining relationships with external vendors, including creative agencies, print vendors, and digital marketing consultants, negotiating contracts to secure quality service within budget.

Assist as needed with management and tracking of use of co-op funds and claims with OEM partners like Toyota and Bobcat, ensuring proper fund allocation and compliance with partner requirements.

Cross-Departmental Coordination

Work closely with Marketing Manager as well as Sales, HR, and Operations to align marketing and cultural programs with company goals and drive collaboration on shared initiatives.

Participate in regular meetings with department heads to understand emerging needs, share updates on marketing initiatives, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Full Time working Monday through Friday normally between the hours of 7:45-4:30

Occasional overnight travel (i.e. trade show participation) or for training

Maintain valid drivers license and be able meet the requirements of the Companys vehicle insurance carrier.
