Overview:

We are seeking an Advertising Manager to join our dynamic and agile marketing team at a fast-growing, technology-focused Dental Services Organization (DSO). As we continue to expand through direct-to-consumer efforts, de novo practices, and acquisitions, this role will be pivotal in driving patient acquisition through strategic advertising and marketing campaigns.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across a wide range of channels, including direct mail, SEO, SEM, email, programmatic retargeting, OTT, social media, radio, print, and much more. Your focus will be on generating interest and converting new patients while analyzing complex data to craft effective media plans for each practice location. The right candidate will be skilled at managing both vendor performance and the execution of campaigns in-house.

Responsibilities:
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • (Preferred) Advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing, advertising, or healthcare marketing.
    Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in advertising, media buying, or digital marketing, preferably within healthcare, dental, or a consumer-facing service industry.
    • Proven track record of managing and executing multi-channel advertising campaigns (including digital and traditional platforms).
    • Experience with lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
    • (Preferred) Experience working with a multi-location organization or franchise business.
    Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic advertising, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
    • Experience with data analytics and marketing attribution platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to assess campaign performance.
    • Strong understanding of retargeting and customer segmentation.
    Soft Skills
    • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
    • Creativity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and think outside the box.
    • Self-motivated and proactive in seeking improvements or new approaches to marketing.
Qualifications:
  • (Preferred) Knowledge of dental or healthcare industry advertising regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and ensuring campaign cost efficiency
