QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields; 2+ years of experience in Program Management, IT services, AI, or related technology roles; experience with ServiceNow; basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure.

Facilitate internal communication on AI initiatives, track and report progress, support project delivery tasks, produce content for AI knowledge sharing, coordinate cross-functional teams, foster innovation, assist in training programs, and apply AI technologies to enhance productivity and revenue.

SHORT DESCRIPTION

This role focuses on building and scaling AI capabilities within the organization, engaging stakeholders in AI initiatives, and promoting a culture of innovation through collaboration and education.

Overview:
In this AI enablement role, the candidate must keep up to date on leading-edge AI and Data technologies and industry/market trends, utilize strong project management skills, and demonstrate a drive to execute on aggressive goals. They will contribute to our team by helping us build and scale our AI capabilities across the enterprise to create a healthier world one life at time. This role will assist in (or be responsible for) maintaining AI best practices, tools, and resources that our business partners need to succeed with AI initiatives.

This position is hybrid (2/3 days on-site in Secaucus,NJ and 2 days work from home).
Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Internal Communication: Collaborate with leadership and AI teams to create communication strategies that engage and inform internal stakeholders on AI initiatives, milestones, and successes.
  • Track Progress and Share Successes: Develop systems to monitor and report the progress of AI initiatives, ensuring visibility of AI's impact on the business.
  • Responsible for delivery of assigned tasks to support projects including creation of charts, tracking costs, building story decks, and agenda creation.
  • Content Development: Produce and curate content such as newsletters, presentations, and training materials to support AI knowledge sharing and organizational alignment.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Work with international teams of internal and external (partners and vendors) stakeholders such as AI researchers, data scientists, engineers, and business units to ensure alignment between AI initiatives and business needs.
  • Foster a Culture of Innovation: Champion innovation by creating opportunities for experimentation and collaboration within AI teams and across the organization.
  • Assist in Training and Education: Partner technology trainer/communication partner to help identify AI training needs and support the delivery of relevant programs, empowering employees with AI-related skills.
  • Understand the company's technology portfolio and how to apply AI and Data technologies to drive productivity and revenue.
  • Keep refreshing technical knowledge and ramp up rapidly
  • Uses a data-driven approach to communicate the customer story/experience
  • Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create solutions for customers.
Qualifications:
Required Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
Preferred Education:
  • MBA or advanced degree
Required Work Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in Program Management, IT services, AI, or related technology roles
  • Experience using ServiceNow
  • Experience standing up new program offerings
  • Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Work Experience:
  • Exposure to AI technologies such as Microsoft, or Databricks is a plus.
  • College or graduate level research in AI
  • College or graduate level program management
  • Knowledge of data science specialized in Machine Learning is highly desired.
  • Experience in AI/ML projects
  • Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery model
Competencies:

  • Passion for new and emerging AI and Data technologies, and the ability to keep up to date in technological innovations and new releases
  • Proficiency in AI Concepts: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and processes to facilitate content development and cross-team coordination.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, Java, C, Unix Shell scripting
  • Strong ability to structure content, develop marketing and training materials, and manage knowledge-sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Smartsheets, PowerBI (Flow Automation).
  • Help establish AI metrics and work with multiple stakeholders on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and reporting results
  • Willingness to participate in international projects
