The Manager, Brand Marketing + Communications will shape the Remedy Place brand, enhancing community engagement and executing impactful marketing strategies within the social wellness industry.
The Manager, Brand Marketing + Communications will play a critical role in shaping and amplifying the Remedy Place brand across all touchpoints. This role will develop and execute messaging strategies, public relations initiatives, ambassador partnerships, and community engagement programs. The Manager will collaborate closely with creative and operational teams to deliver a cohesive engagement strategy that educates, inspires, and converts new and existing consumers.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position is ideal for a highly motivated, organized self-starter with a passion for brand marketing, communications, and wellness. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and demonstrates a deep understanding of community-building through impactful brand narratives.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Messaging + Communication
- Craft and refine brand messaging for marketing campaigns, PR, programmatic and product marketing, website, app, in-club materials, F&B offerings, and retail.
- Develop customer-centric communication strategies to enhance the user experience and customer journey, ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Oversee membership communications, ensuring clear, engaging, and consistent messaging that aligns with business objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new club openings, product launches, and programmatic initiatives.
- Lead PR efforts, managing relationships with external PR agencies to maximize brand visibility.
- Build and implement ambassador and influencer programs to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and authenticity.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to design cohesive email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement and retention.
- Manage digital community interactions, including reviews and proactive audience engagement, to maintain Remedy Place’s strong online presence.
- Oversee the content calendar and collaborate with the creative team to deliver impactful marketing materials that align with strategic goals.
- Partner with the creative team to produce brand-aligned marketing assets, including paid media content, event materials, partnership collateral, and in-club signage.
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to Remedy Place’s visual and messaging guidelines.
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies for events and partnerships that resonate with target audiences.
- Coordinate with ambassadors and talent to amplify brand initiatives through authentic collaborations that reflect Remedy Place’s values.
- Drive community engagement through innovative activations that connect the brand to its audience.
- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights to refine future strategies.
- Create performance reports that evaluate PR, partnership, and marketing efforts in terms of audience engagement, ROI, and alignment with objectives.
Education + Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or a similar role, ideally within wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies.
- PR and Partnerships: Demonstrated success managing PR agencies and building ambassador/influencer programs to elevate brand presence.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to craft customer journeys and UX-driven communication strategies.
- Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative, operational, and external teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for storytelling and brand alignment.
- Passion for Wellness: Deep understanding of and enthusiasm for wellness and community-focused brand-building.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Workspace, project management platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot) and social media management tools is a plus.

The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 110,000 USD per year(United States)
