QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or related fields, and 3-4 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or planning, preferably in Accessories, Apparel, or Footwear industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement global supply planning strategies, collaborate with product teams, track critical launches, manage production commitments, optimize capacity, support planning policies, and provide expert guidance in the planning process.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Responsible for translating Brand ambitions into actionable supply planning requirements, ensuring optimal execution of allocation and launch strategies within the Sourcing and Supply Chain Management framework.
- Collaborate with Cross Functional Product Creation and Merchandising teams to ensure allocation and launch strategy are executable within the Sourcing and SCM organization, and to ensure SCM considerations are considered in the BU’s plans
- Track delivery of critical launches with On Time Availability focus, coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a successful launch, including required transit planning and production date alignment.
- Manage process for Business Unit production and material commitments, ensuring liabilities are minimized and all parties are clear on requirements to consume commitments and open liabilities
- Validate that Business Unit strategy is reflected accurately in Sourcing’s seasonal allocation strategy and vice versa, guide Product Development teams to optimize capacity/ capability utilization and support maximum availability performance once production starts
- Drive production level loading through Business Unit actions (e.g. Accelerated commercialization, commitments, consolidation of production order timing, hard launch negotiation)
- Operate within global planning framework (Processes, policies, calendars) while supporting Business Unit specific needs through differentiated services (e.g. exceptional planning processes for collaborations, events)
- Act as the extended arm of Horizontal Team for Business Unit related actions, information requests and others
- Collaborate and align effectively with Business Unit Planning community, globally, to ensure broad adoption of policies, procedures, and timelines across locations, with an additional focus on Hype
- Act as the respected expert in your field of play and provide expert support, guidance and training to other vertical planners.

- Ability to work independently under minimal guidance on several projects simultaneously while adhering to a specified deadline
- Ability to work within an agile, ambiguous environment while ensuring stakeholders are clear on deliverables, milestones and risk associated with decisions
- Strong analytical skills and personal presence, with proven ability to interact, influence and convince at senior management level
- Finding the right balance between acting with a customer service mindset and ensuring the brand priorities are supported
- Advanced MS Office skills and ability to work with large datasets in a multi-system landscape
- Excellent communication skills e.g. presentation, negotiation, conflict management etc.
- IBP/S&OP experience a plus
- Advanced ability to map and improve processes, with a systems-thinking mindset
- Experience with Supply Chain concepts and ability to articulate SCM needs to a variety of audiences
- Lean Six Sigma or experience with project management methodology a plus
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries
