SHORT DESCRIPTION

The Manager of Credit Marketing will lead growth and engagement for Lowe's credit card and financial services, working collaboratively with partners to implement data-driven marketing initiatives that enhance customer experience and maximize portfolio performance.

Your Impact
The Manager of Credit Marketing is responsible for leading the growth and engagement of our credit card and financial services portfolio across homeowner and pro customers. In this role, you will work closely with both external partners and cross-functional teams to drive the overall credit marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing innovative, data-driven initiatives to attract new cardmembers, enhance engagement with cardmembers, and maximize portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to influence and collaborate with external partners, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and driving impactful results.


What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive credit card and financing marketing strategies to drive portfolio growth and increase cardmember engagement.

  • Analyze and segment customer data to understand target audiences and develop personalized marketing strategies that drive increased spend from target cardmembers.

  • Identify and leverage insights from market trends, consumer behavior, and performance metrics to refine marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.

  • Collaborate closely with external partners to align on marketing initiatives, ensuring strategies are executed effectively to meet business objectives and key performance indicator

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., loyalty, product, creative) and external stakeholders to drive cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.

  • Partner with Financial Services and Tech to unlock advanced customer experiences that drive portfolio engagement.

  • Drive innovation in credit card marketing through creative problem-solving and the introduction of new tactics that enhance customer experience and credit and loyalty program integration.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed to optimize results and ensure continuous improvement.

  • Navigate legal and compliance processes by working closely with legal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with regulatory requirements, while being able to understand nuanced feedback and refine strategies to meet both business and legal standards.

  • Manage a direct report to execute marketing strategies effectively, ensuring alignment with goals and timely delivery of projects.

  • This position manages/supervises people

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field

  • 7 years' experience in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • 5-7 years' experience in Credit Marketing or Product Marketing

  • 1-3 years leadership experience
