Seeking a Manager for Customer Success Adoption Programs to enhance customer engagement, develop community initiatives, and showcase legal products through compelling use cases.

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Manager, Customer Success Adoption Programs to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer success, build an engaged user community, and showcase the value of our legal products through compelling use cases.

About the Role:

  • Design, implement, and maintain programs that scale to a high-volume SMB customer base through personalized digital touchpoints
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop automation strategies to amplify the impact of our Customer Success team
  • Create and optimize customer journeys to drive product adoption, engagement, and retention
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of customer success initiatives with overall business goals
  • Develop and execute a strategy to build an active, engaged online community of end users for our legal products
  • Create and curate valuable content to drive community engagement and foster peer-to-peer support
  • Moderate discussions and ensure a positive, constructive environment within the community
  • Identify and document compelling customer use cases that highlight the value of our products
  • Present use cases in various formats, including case studies, blog posts, videos, and infographics
  • Develop a system for ongoing collection and curation of customer success stories
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of customer success retention marketers
  • Set clear goals and objectives for team members, aligning with overall department and company goals
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes innovation and continuous improvement

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, community management, or related roles
  • Experience in team management or leadership roles
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer success programs
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and automation technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in building and managing online communities
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Familiarity with legal technology products is a plus

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: Eagan, MN; Ann Arbor, MI; Richmond, VA; Rochester, NY. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $97,100 - $180,300. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
