Position Overview:
Seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to drive aggressive growth through innovative B2B marketing strategies. Must have a proven track record of crushing pipeline targets.

Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven B2B demand generation experience
  • Track record of building $50M+ marketing qualified pipelines
  • Strong experience with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot)
  • Data-obsessed with experience in attribution modeling
  • Expert in ABM strategies and execution
  • Deep understanding of sales enablement

Core Responsibilities:
  • Own and exceed monthly pipeline targets
  • Design and execute multi-channel demand campaigns
  • Build scalable ABM programs for enterprise accounts
  • Drive lead scoring and qualification frameworks
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation
  • Create compelling content strategies that convert

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven ROI tracking and optimization
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellence in campaign management and execution
