JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director, Travel Product & Partnerships, this role will be assigned responsibility for Emerging MWG Partnerships including destination, hotel, air, and growth opportunity tour and cruise partners within the Travel portfolio. This role is responsible for executing strategies and plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external creative agencies. Additionally, the Manager, Emerging Travel Partners will lead and manage the Product Coordinators ensuring effective execution of their daily responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES

Oversee day to day emerging partnerships, including destination, hotel, air, and growth opportunity tour and cruise partners
- Tour & Cruise/Hotel: Day to day management as needed, identifying positioning opportunities and coop investments.
- Destination: Work closely with the Director of Partnerships as new partners are onboarded, managing the day to day relations
- Air: Work closely with Operations to pass along relevant information, identifying positioning opportunities and coop investment
- Manage Product Coordinators and their daily responsibilities
- Monthly meetings with key partners to discuss upcoming marketing, sales figures, campaign opportunities, agent incentives, pain points, etc.
- Work closely with Principal Product Manager - Tour and Cruise, to identify fulfillment opportunities as part of larger campaigns (ie: destination partner + tour/cruise partner, hotel partner + tour/cruise partner, airline + tour/cruise partner)
- Involved in cross-functional teams (Sales, Travel Marketing, Operations) to accomplish strategic partner goals
- Provides solutions-driven ideas for promotional offers internally and externally
- Remain aware of the competitive landscape, recommending partnerships and opportunities that may reinforce the Club’s goals
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Experience and familiarity in managing partnerships with travel providers such as airlines, hotels and tour/cruise operators.
- Strong analytical skills required, with the ability to conceptualize and identify market trends and develop appropriate marketing tactics to support Club sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, a strong work ethic and the ability to build, manage and maintain strong professional relationships and a team atmosphere throughout day-to-day activities.
- Demonstrated experience in people management and enhancing team productivity
- Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Must be flexible, adaptable and capable of interacting effectively with all levels of management.
- Understanding of diverse member needs and adapting to evolving demographics
- Must remain current with industry changes and vendor partnerships
- Proficiency with all basic Microsoft Office Suite programs

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years or High School diploma plus 6+ years of experience working in a service environment with project management and operations experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in travel required
- 1 to 2 years of experience in people management

- 8+ years of project management experience. Cruise industry or hospitality experience
