The Manager of Go-To-Market Tools & Operations plays a vital role in supporting the GTM strategy for New Balance, focusing on operations, logistics, and digital tool integration to enhance product delivery and stakeholder engagement.

JOB MISSION:

The Manager Go-To-Market (GTM) Tools & Operations will support operations and logistics for Footwear, Apparel and Accessories GTM Strategy. This role will provide continued evolution and ongoing GTM Strategy support for digital tool integration, coordinate cross-functional delivery of Global Sell-In deliverables, and maintain transparency with key operational stakeholders (Product Ops, GTM execution, Merch Ops, Marketing Ops, Design and Digital Ops) on key dates and deliverables for GTM milestones.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support operations and logistics for Footwear, Apparel and Accessories GTM strategy

  • Schedule, drive agenda, and facilitate Footwear, Apparel and Accessories GTM milestone kick-off meetings

  • Create templates for strategic Footwear, Apparel and Accessories Product Creation content supporting GTM milestones.

  • Provide additional logistical support as needed (meeting coordination, distribution for key milestone meetings, management of GTM SharePoint site)

Manage continued evolution and day-to-day administration of GTM digital tools

  • Merchandising and Product Management system

  • Attend weekly data attribute review board meetings as GTM representative to ensure new requests align with GTM process.

  • Attend bi-weekly GTM/Business Change Team and Product Creation Sprint Review meetings to review upcoming system changes and impact to GTM milestones.

  • Digital Asset Management (DAM) Portal build-out for major milestone meetings

  • Directly manage administration associate(s)

Coordinate Global Sell-In deliverables

  • Cross-functional coordination with Global Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Product Management to create and deliver sell-in content.

  • Create Widen Portal and upload content for sell-in delivery

  • Create templates and coordinate delivery of Category Resource Decks

Maintain transparency with key operational stakeholders (GTM Strategy, Global Merchandising, Global Brand Marketing, GTM Operations, Product Creation, Visual Merchandising)

  • Distribute weekly communication summarizing key GTM dates and deliverables to Global teams.

  • Provide GTM Strategy representation in weekly Apparel GTM Calendar review sessions

  • Manage ongoing timeline, deliverables, and communication for key Merchandising deliverables due in Merchandising and Procut Management system to support GTM milestones

  • Maintain organization, content, and storage of shared GTM SharePoint site

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • BA with 7 years of related Product Management, Operations, Consulting or Strategy experience

  • Creative energy and thought leadership for complex, matrixed organizations

  • Ability to be detail oriented and manage multiple priorities to accomplish tasks simultaneously under tight timelines

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and willing to take a hands-on approach and help the team to drive success

  • Ability to effectively communicate and partner with multiple stakeholders

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity

  • Strategic Planning skills

Flexible Work Schedule
