Seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Specialist to create and execute influencer strategies that drive impactful social campaigns and facilitate collaboration across various teams and stakeholders.

Compensation Range: $38 - 46 per hour
We are seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Specialist to build and maintain relationships with key talent across specific verticals, driving impactful campaigns that spark social conversation. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams (Social, Paid, Brand Marketing, Comms) and external stakeholders (influencers, creators, talent) to create and execute effective influencer strategies. You’ll manage influencer sourcing, project development, budgeting, and reporting, while ensuring on-brand execution. This position requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the brand, and the ability to collaborate globally. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain direct, ongoing relationships with key, emerging, and established talent while creating an expansive roster across specific verticals.
- Partner with external stakeholders (influencers, creators, talent) and internal teams (Social, Paid, Brand Marketing, Comms, etc.) to create impactful influencer campaigns that drive social conversation.
- Assist in the development of influencer marketing strategy and rollout of processes to support the strategy.
- Lead all aspects of influencer sourcing, program development, and execution, bringing ideas to life through effective project management while ensuring on-brand execution.
- Serve as the day-to-day lead with influencer tools/agencies, managing budgets, writing briefs, reviewing content, and producing reports.
- Partner with tools/agencies to lead influencer outreach, support creator goals, and align talent needs with business plans and objectives.
- Act as the key point of contact for influencer marketing measurement, benchmarking, affiliate marketing, and strategic reporting/analysis.
- Support logistical needs of influencer programs, including booking rooms, travel, and payment.
- Identify and evaluate new social content opportunities with key influencer partners.
- Build and maintain a database of influencers and creators across verticals.
- Assist with influencer gifting initiatives while ensuring FTC-compliant messaging.
- Educate corporate and regional teams on optimizing influencer campaigns via playbooks and toolkits.
- Develop a deep understanding of the brand and target audiences to recommend influencers and creators that align with shared values and interests.
- Collaborate with regional markets to build global influencer campaigns leveraging relevant social platforms.
- Communicate effectively by developing complex strategies and creative presentations for key stakeholders.
- Partner with Paid Social teams to whitelist and boost influencer content as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to evaluate talent on brand fit against established criteria.
- Experience in influencer or talent management preferred.
- Self-starter with a passion for digital and social channels.
- Proven ability to maintain and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including influencers, publicists, agents, and managers.
- Track record of delivering big, innovative ideas.
- Strong collaboration and partnership-building skills in a highly matrixed environment.
- Creative problem solver with a focus on delivering impactful solutions.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a standard of excellence.
- High level of integrity, flexibility, and initiative.
