SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Integrated Marketing Manager will support marketing initiatives for parks by managing projects across traditional and digital channels, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with various departments to enhance guest experience.

As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you’ll support the parks by developing a wide array of marketing initiatives and managing the execution of marketing tactics across all channels. You will ensure seamless execution of traditional and digital marketing projects in owned media, promotions, partnerships, sponsorships, brand, creative, content development, membership, and guest experience. As a critical team member within a passionate and hard-working marketing team you will:
Creative development & management of marketing promotional materials, consumer event / festival campaigns
Project management of assigned marketing programs to include strategy, development, execution & performance management for consumer activation programs, including year-round consumer, promotions, and Annual Pass Member activations.
Collaboration with interdepartmental teams for web content, email campaigns, social, PR and in-park communication.
Lead creative development, management & execution of marketing materials (brand collateral) to support events, retail offers, partner promotions, emails, sales & web.
Reinforce the PRKS brand by ensuring marketing collateral is developed in accordance with brand and advertising campaign guidelines.
Develop and execute marketing plans with a holistic approach for all guest communications.
Analyze data and trends to create detailed event recaps and recommendations.
Support in-park revenue objectives by integrating execution into marketing plan.
Execution of integrated and innovative marketing campaigns, supporting attendance and revenue-driving initiatives and manage trafficking of paid media.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Work with United Parks & Resorts corporate departments (Creative Services, Email, Social, Web) to oversee and manage multichannel marketing projects for the park.
Communicate professionally and effectively with ambassadors, vendors, partners, guests, and various departments to achieve park and company goals.
Model the company culture and ensure that marketing initiatives align with the overall strategic direction of the company.
Provide excellent service to guests and team members.
Assist in success of marketing department by assisting in other areas when needed.
What it takes to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and marketing experience. Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field strongly preferred.
Must have 5 years of prior marketing or communications experience.
Must have 3 years of project management and/or supervisor experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a PRKS driver’s license.
Prior theme park, hospitality, tourism, and/or entertainment-related experiences preferred.
Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to adapt communication style to several different audiences in the English Language. Spanish speaking a plus.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge or experience with computer-based reporting and input systems preferred.
Must have the ability to professionally interact with various levels of leadership. Strong presentation skills and ability to speak in groups a must.
Must be enthusiastic, confident, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet tight deadlines and be extremely detailed with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Superior multi-tasking, competing priority management and speed to execution designed for a fast-paced, flexible, and demanding environment.
Must be process and detail oriented as well as possess the ability to handle multiple projects with strict deadlines. Ability to work in high stress conditions and maintain confidential information appropriately.
Must be able to work independently and have flexibility to work successfully in a team environment when needed.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and proven ability to drive business development and outcomes using various digital marketing vehicles.
What else is important:
Must be able to lift 20 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat.
Work regularly Monday through Friday but with flexibility based on business need to include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Occasional travel required.
Consistently practices safe work habits including, but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment, lifting, and reporting of unsafe situations.
Compensation:
- 68,640 - 80,000 annual salary
