Adobe's Lifecycle Marketing team is passionate about delivering high-impact marketing programs to our users. Our goal is to drive acquisition and engagement growth through innovative and scalable marketing programs. We are looking for a creative and analytical lifecycle marketer to lead a team of 3-4 marketers responsible for user journeys across the acquisition, engagement and retention funnels. Responsibilities will include global email channel strategy and planning for Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud flagship offerings, including desktop and mobile apps and mobile web experiences.

In this highly visible role, you will develop lifecycle marketing strategies tailored to acquire, engage and onboard new users for long term business growth. You will work in close collaboration with partner teams including Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, Engagement & Retention and Integrated Marketing to ensure exceptional user experiences and highly personalized journeys.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor lifecycle marketers in developing annual and quarterly lifecycle marketing plans to support overall business goals and priorities.
Cultivate innovation tied to business growth metrics including conversion, usage rates and retention across products, surfaces and routes to market
Craft personalized experiences from a user's initial signup through active use, upsell, retention and winback efforts through prioritization of high-impact experimentation and optimization strategies.
Analyze performance and growth metrics across the funnel. Initiate new lifecycle marketing motions using data and insights to develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Build positive relationships and interact with key business partners across Adobe, ranging from marketing peers to senior leadership\ Skills
Advanced email and lifecycle marketing experience. with the ability to learn new technologies, products and systems quickly.
Strong analytics-based decision making, highly capable in interpreting data and advancing initiatives to optimize performance.
Leadership skills cultivating teamwork and innovation within high-performing performance marketing organizations, including cross-functional partners within the organization
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks with minimal oversight. Capable of navigating a matrixed organization and representing team with integrity and self-sufficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail Experience
Extensive experience in lifecycle journey creation and email marketing with an emphasis on personalization and experimentation
Proven success in driving alignment through collaboration with cross-functional partners
SaaS and e-commerce experience preferred, ideally in a sophisticated multi-funnel or multi-vertical business model.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $98,300 -- $219,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
