Seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives for real estate and ad sales, connecting high-value audiences with curated digital video content experiences while expanding Captivate's brand visibility and revenue growth.

- Corporate Marketing Assets: Create and maintain core marketing materials such as decks, sales support documents, and one-sheets.
- Event Planning: Lead the planning and coordination of industry-facing and client events, managing branded materials and swag.
- Social Media: Manage Captivates social media channels with engaging content and regular performance reporting.
- Website Management: Update and enhance website content, ensuring a seamless user experience with new posts and pages.
- Content Marketing: Develop blog posts, thought leadership pieces, and other initiatives to strengthen Captivates voice in the market.
- Product Rollouts: Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, communicate, and execute new product and feature launches.
- Partnership Initiatives: Oversee rollout of industry partnerships, including positioning, asset creation, and external communications.
- Brand Visibility: Support PR efforts, including press releases, newsletters, award submissions, and B2B advertising campaigns.
- Client Engagement: Drive client retention and appreciation through gifting, barter programs, and strategic communications.
- Internal Communications: Assist with internal messaging to foster alignment and engagement across the organization.
- Special Projects: Contribute to unique projects that align with Captivates mission and goals.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in a marketing role, ideally within a media or technology environment.
- Copywriting Excellence: Strong writing skills to craft compelling, brand-consistent messaging.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint); familiarity with social media marketing tools and strategy.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Creativity & Design: Understanding of design principles and adherence to brand standards; experience with Adobe Suite is a plus but not required.
