Manager, Marketing Operations - Remote

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, five years of related experience, proficiency in marketing automation systems (Eloqua preferred), and certifications in Eloqua and Google Analytics preferred.

Seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead marketing processes, optimize communication strategies, and empower teams at Vitalant, a nonprofit dedicated to saving lives through blood donation.

As an Marketing Operations Manager, you'll get to:

Champion the marketing database, ensuring top-notch data quality, hygiene, and standardization.

Implement marketing operations processes with precision and consistency.

Maintain and enhance best practices for seamless program, channel, and campaign management and analysis.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reducing manual processes and boosting team efficiency.

Lead the contact strategy change management process, documenting and communicating segmentation and process updates.
- Share insights and analysis through clear, compelling presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
- Eloqua Certification preferred.
- Google Analytics certification preferred.
- Five years of related experience required.
- Four years’ experience using a marketing automation system (Eloqua, Adobe Campaign/Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot) including both campaign creation and result reporting through Eloqua Insight required.
- Experience in both creative and relational database programming to support digital marketing channels such as email, SMS, digital display, Web sites and forms required.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Two years’ experience using Google Analytics preferred.
- Two years’ experience using reporting systems such as MS Power BI preferred.
- Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong operational skills and experience.
- Must have experience maintaining processes for complex marketing organizations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and an ability to work closely with marketing strategy and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and personal organization skills.
- Able to organize, prioritize, and execute a variable workload and multiple priorities.
- Effective oral and written business communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active member of the team.
