WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
The Manager of National Campaign Management is the primary contact for Ampersand’s National Campaign Management team in supervision and guidance. They will work closely with the team to ensure operational excellence on all post-sale transactions, including the successful launch of campaigns, in-flight campaign maintenance, campaign delivery reporting, and monthly billing. The Manager will also interface with stakeholders across multiple functions, both internally and externally, on identifying opportunities for process improvements and ensuring proper adherence to business protocols.
HOW YOU’LL BE CONTRIBUTING:
- Lead and support the Campaign Management team in successfully stewarding Ampersand’s national business, from order entry to invoicing. Ensure proper campaign set up, execution and reporting
- Implement checks and balances and best effort to ensure client expectations are being met and best practices are adhered to. Coordinate with Account Management and Sales on alignment of account/campaign specifics, timelines, and deliverables
- Guide CMs in troubleshooting complex issues and campaign/billing discrepancies
- Participate in staff planning and workload distribution; align resources to support team needs and accommodate changes as necessary. Includes working with People Ops team and other departments to hire new employees and leading the training and on-boarding efforts
- Provide leadership to team in promoting continuous learning and teamwork; Document processes, create training materials and proactively identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with Ampersand Operations (AAA, Billing, Account Management), Product and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations on efficiencies through technology and/or workflow changes
- Partner with MVPDs on ensuring campaign expectations are met, identifying opportunities for campaign stewardship improvements and driving strong working relationships between teams
- Assist with other duties and projects as assigned
- Previous management experience working in a professional office-setting preferred
- Comfort with ambiguity and a self-starter with an aptitude for defining new processes; Must possess a passion to drive the business forward
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, customer service and professional demeanor

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Ampersand salary range for this position in the New York City Metro Area. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance
The range listed is just one component of Ampersand’s total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary annual bonuses and / or overtime, commission, etc., as well as competitive benefits including PTO, medical & dental & vision benefits, 401K with employer match, short & long-term disability, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, pre-tax commuter benefits & flexible spending accounts.
Salary Range Transparency
This role has a New York City Metro Area base salary of $75,000-$100,000 and discretionary annual bonus.
