Job Summary
The Enterprise Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement. Expertise in B2B marketing strategy, campaign planning, and data analysis will be pivotal in creating effective campaigns that resonate with our target audience. This role serves as the key point of contact for campaigns, collaborating closely with teams across sales, customer care, studio, design, product marketing, marketing operations, web operations, content marketing, digital marketing, public relations, social media and events. Sorenson operates within a highly regulated industry, requiring strict adherence to rules, standards, and compliance protocols. Success in this position requires balancing creativity and innovation with a deep respect for regulatory requirements, ensuring that all initiatives align with both company policies and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset to navigate complexities while maintaining operational excellence.
- Integrated Campaign Management: Develop and implement effective B2B integrated marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s objectives, leveraging both online and offline channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, customer care, design, product marketing, marketing operations, web operations, content marketing, and digital marketing teams to ensure messaging and assets are cohesive, effective, and delivered on schedule.
- Sales Enablement: Create sales enablement templates and playbooks to support outbound prospecting and account-based marketing efforts.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Develop digital B2B campaigns for channels such as social media (both paid and organic), email, and other digital platforms to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
- Budget: Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and within scope.
- Customer Journeys: Support with mapping out the sequence of interactions and experiences our customers have with our brand and services.
- Trend Integration: Stay informed on marketing technologies and trends, integrating innovative solutions to enhance strategies.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from sales on the effectiveness of campaigns and refine strategies accordingly to enhance account targeting and lead generation.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain and nurture relationships with external vendors to support campaign execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Report progress and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership and sales teams.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all campaigns are submitted for compliance review to meet legal and regulatory standards.

Education
Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree In marketing, communications, or related field.
Experience
Minimum Years of Experience Description- 4+ Years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, with a focus on enterprise-level campaigns.
- Knowledge of demand generation, lead conversion principles, and account-based marketing strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Proven track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Familiarity with managing marketing projects and workflows using Jira.
- Expertise in analyzing web traffic and user behavior in Google Analytics to inform strategy.
- Ability to test and analyze multiple variables to refine campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk and work with a computer for extended periods of time.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools, and to handle other computer components.
- Regular and predictable attendance required.
