Seeking a Manager of Retail Marketing to support local marketing initiatives for store openings and existing locations, enhancing brand engagement and customer acquisition.
The Windsor Brand team is seeking a Manager of Retail Marketing to help support local marketing for new store openings as well as existing stores. The right candidate will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external mall marketing teams to establish an annual calendar and develop marketing plans that drive brand engagement, consideration and new customer acquisition, increasing customer engagement and driving store traffic.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a marketing plan to support new store openings leading the development and execution of pre-opening, opening, and post-opening marketing plans. Develop and execute marketing tactics for existing stores.
- Manage the strategy and execution of store brand imagery through seasonal changes, occasions and holidays.
- Evolve our approach to local marketing and content to drive store traffic, including establishing goals and roadmap to delivery.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand engagement, consideration, and new customer acquisition with consideration of new vs. existing local market needs like local activations, mall marketing events and local marketing opportunities.
- Ensure a consistent and effective brand message across new store openings as well as existing stores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing and media channel partners, events and PR, and store teams to develop marketing plans for new stores.
- Collaborate with store leadership and act as a liaison across the organization to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in retail marketing.
- Lead, inspire and develop a strong retail marketing team.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the retail industry and with experience on store driving marketing, including specific channel strategies.
- Strong knowledge of brand and multi-channel marketing experience with proven ability to deliver results.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience working successfully with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including comfortability interacting with leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances. Sedentary work.
