The Opportunity

The Manager, Promotional Review Committee (PRC) is an essential team member accountable for the daily oversight of the promotional Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review operations and execution. This role will ensure the success and compliance of the PRC process, optimizing technologies and industry best practices to help Avidity meet strategic goals. This position will work cross-functionally with commercial/marketing, medical, legal, regulatory affairs, and IT, as needed. Additionally, this position will serve as a key member of product launch teams to ensure promotional material timelines align with organizational goals.

What You Will Contribute

  • Lead all PRC operations, including the distribution of weekly agendas and meeting minutes, scribing live/offline review meeting verdicts, and Veeva PromoMats workflow management.
  • Act as PRC/Veeva training liaison for new team members and ongoing learning/certification.
  • Cascade and enforce new trainings and policies to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Provide daily support and direction to Avidity project owners and creative agencies to ensure adherence to all PRC processes and FDA submission requirements.
  • Establish long-term (i.e. 3-month) promotional material forecasting capabilities.
  • Curate claims and asset libraries for brand marketing teams, to ensure consistent messaging in promotion.
  • Gather qualitative metrics for the Director, Marketing Operations to implement into MLR performance dashboards.
  • Provide project management oversight for promotional material timelines around product launches, indication updates, label updates, etc.
  • Work with the Marketing Operations team to ensure a seamless transition of materials from review/approval into production.
  • Ensure compliant use of approved materials and manage retraction policies for expired materials.
  • Partner with IT and Veeva to continuously validate and improve the PromoMats experience.

What We Seek

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree (e.g. PMP) preferred.
  • 4+ years of industry experience within life-science marketing, commercial operations, and/or MLR management.
  • Experience with project management software, Veeva PromoMats experience preferred.
  • Experience within a cross-functional matrix environment is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in project management roles.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with marketing tactics.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment and managing complex workloads.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication (oral and written), teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

What We Will Provide to You:

  • The base salary range for this role is $145,000 - $163,000. The final compensation will be commensurate with such factors as relevant experience, skillset, internal equity and market factors.
