SHORT DESCRIPTION

Lead the development of a Sales Enablement Program, manage a high-performing team, and enhance sales processes to support commercial goals globally.

The Manager of Sales Enablement will be responsible for developing and executing a scalable Sales Enablement Program and leading a high-performing sales enablement team. This team will support the broader commercial goals of the business and will require collaboration and alignment across Sales, Marketing, and IT. Central to the Sales Enablement Program will be building and managing a robust Lead Management Program for the US with influence on the leads management process across a global commercial organization. The Sales Enablement team will have direct engagement with existing and potential customers including responding to, qualifying inbound leads, and conducting outbound prospecting.
As a manager you will lead the selection and implementation of tools and technologies to support the program and other related revenue-enabling activities. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working cross functionally in a global landscape in order to establish best practices and deliver outcomes aligned with the strategic goals of the company
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Support and drive team to identify and/or qualify new leads through various channels. Implement and manage the lead management funnel, including assignment of leads, sources, and prioritization.
  • Sales Tools and Resources: Create and update sales enablement playbooks, scripts, and templates to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales enablement performance metrics and KPI’s to identify areas for improvement and track effectiveness of initiatives. Provide reports and insights to senior management on sales enablement performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build a sales enablement roadmap that aligns with the commercial strategy and supports the adoption of similar programs at NEB’s international subsidiaries. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Team Development: Foster a strong team environment and develop employees by providing training, collateral and resources needed to increase skills and enable success.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (additional degree in a core life science discipline preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in sales or marketing, sales development, sales enablement, or a related role.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of success in lead generation and sales training.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in the biotechnology or life sciences industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Certification in sales training or sales enablement.
