Summary
The Manager, US Marketing will be responsible for supporting key work streams in the execution and commercialization for the assigned product(s). This position will interact with all functions involved in the execution of the annual brand planning process and key marketing initiatives. The position maintains open and ongoing communication with various departments, most specifically field sales, to monitor the success of product messaging, programs and promotional effort. The Manager is also responsible for working on a broad array of brand functions including non-personal promotion, budgeting, agency management, quarterly business reviews and co-pay mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities
  • For pre-launch brands/indications, collaborate with cross-functional partners to build and execute on the commercial launch readiness activities for upcoming indications. For in-line brands/indications, support the execution of the annual brand planning process and execution, in order to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
  • Work on personal and non-personal promotion strategies and tactics that support brand strategy and initiatives. including peer to peer digital programs. Manage the design and management of brand websites.
  • Ensure projects are executed in a timely manner and delivered with the appropriate level of detail. Work extensively with, and understand the importance of, key internal constituents – Market Research, Medical Affairs, Sales Analysis, etc. Present to various internal management committees and groups.
  • Design and manage well-researched patient promotional and educational campaigns.
  • Manage multiple agency relationships. Ensure full and timely communication with all external agency partners. Manage agency budgets in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the management of the overall Brand Budget and provide insight and opinions into budgeting efforts. Prepare budget update spreadsheets and make financial presentations to various internal stakeholders.

Qualifications: Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)
  • Bachelor's Degree required; emphasis in health sciences is preferred
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
Experience Qualifications
  • 4 or More Years Marketing/sales or comparable education/work experience required
  • 1 or More Years Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
  • 1 or More Years Pharmaceutical marketing including product launch experience preferred
  • 1 or More Years Oncology experience preferred
  • Proven track record in developing strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams preferred
  • Cross-functional experience (e.g., managed markets, new product planning, business analytics; or equivalent preferred
Travel
Ability to travel up to 20% Business meetings, conferences, etc.
