SHORT DESCRIPTION
Responsible for global renovation strategies, leading product improvement initiatives from concept to market launch within Herbalife's existing product portfolio.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
- Implement global renovation strategies that align with overall business goals, focusing on product improvement, repackaging, reformulation, and relaunch plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, supply chain, and regulatory to ensure flawless execution of renovation projects from concept to market launch.
- Leverage market research and consumer insights to identify renovation opportunities that align with consumer trends and improve product market fit.
- Work closely with regulatory affairs to ensure all renovated products meet current health and safety standards, legal requirements, and quality specifications.
WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:
- 7 years of brand management and product marketing experience preferably in a traditional Consumer Packaged Goods company
- Experience or curiosity about nutritional products
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen understanding of global market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Creativity in approaching renovation projects, with a focus on improving consumer experience and product value.
- Ability to develop strong marketing materials to support global renovation launches
- Familiarity with global regulatory environments and the ability to navigate product compliance challenges.
- Proven successes in new product development, with a detailed understanding of taking a product from concept to launch

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
