Job Overview:
This position is primarily focused on assisting our Amazon and media team managers with their tasks, operating within a warehouse and office environment to ensure smooth coordination and support across e-commerce and media-related activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage FBA shipment scheduling and follow up on shipment statuses.
- Review and optimize product listings to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Coordinate media scheduling and follow up with social media vendors.
- Follow up on various tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct product research to support new product development and market trends.
- Assign and monitor media-related tasks to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience with or willingness to learn Illustrator, Photoshop, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Freight Central, and most Microsoft Office software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
