Manager, Digital Product & User Experience

MDVIP, based in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Manager, Digital Product & User Experience who will lead the design, strategy, and execution of user-centered digital products across public websites, e-commerce, authenticated portals, and mobile applications for MDVIP. This role combines deep user experience expertise with product management capabilities, aligning digital product development with business goals and customer needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, architecture and marketing, the Manager of Digital Product & User Experience will drive product roadmaps, develop design systems, conduct user research, and implement data-driven enhancements to ensure seamless and engaging user interactions.

Responsibilities: Product Management:
- Roadmap Development and Prioritization: Defines, prioritizes, and manages product roadmaps across digital platforms, balancing business needs, user insights, and technical feasibility.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partners with marketing, business, and technology teams to align product goals with business objectives, translating strategic requirements into actionable development plans.
- Data-Driven Product Enhancements: Leverages analytics and user feedback to guide the evolution of digital products, tracking key metrics and iterating based on performance insights.
User Experience Design:
- User-Centered Design Research: Conducts qualitative and quantitative user research to identify pain points and opportunities, incorporating findings into product design and development.
- Prototyping and Testing: Develops wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, leading usability testing to assess effectiveness and refine designs for maximum impact.
- Design System Leadership: Builds and maintains a scalable design system that promotes consistency across all digital products, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance).
- Usability and Accessibility Enhancements: Implements inclusive design principles and ADA-compliant practices, ensuring accessible, high-quality experiences for all users.
Product Launch and Optimization:
- Feature Rollouts and Feedback Loops: Oversees feature launches, coordinating with development and customer support to ensure smooth deployment, tracking post-launch performance, and implementing iterative improvements.
- Continuous Learning and Innovation: Keeps current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design methodologies, applying relevant advancements to enhance the digital product and user experience landscape.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in the study of Product Management, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience where two years related experience equals one year of schooling.
- Minimum of 7 in digital product management and UX/UI design, with a focus on consumer-facing web or mobile applications; experience within healthcare or consumer subscription-based services is preferred.
- Must possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, product lifecycle.
- Certifications in UX/UI (e.g., NN/g UX Certification, Google UX Design) or Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Product School) are highly valued.
Must demonstrate proficiency in the following: Design and Product Tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch for design; JIRA, Confluence, Trello for product and project management. * Data and Analytics Tools: Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools for tracking and interpreting user behavior and engagement. * Prototyping:* Proficiency with tools like InVision, Axure, or other prototyping platforms to create and iterate on design concepts.
