Job Summary
We seek a visionary analytics leader to act as an analytics ambassador for advertising clients, playing a critical role in shaping the advertising insights and measurement strategies of leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. This leader will be responsible for guiding a high-performing analytics team, leading strategic client engagements, driving the development of innovative analytics offerings, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
This leader will be a strategic advisor to top clients, delivering data-driven insights that inform key decisions around brand positioning, medical strategy, creative development, and campaign execution. This individual will also be instrumental in advancing the organization's advertising and marketing analytics capabilities, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements. With a focus on building and nurturing client relationships, this leader will work to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, positioning our company as a trusted partner in the healthcare advertising space.

What You’ll Do:
  • Act as the senior analytics liaison for top pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, delivering strategic insights that drive their advertising success.
  • Lead the development of compelling, data-driven proposals for new business opportunities, showcasing the value of analytics in enhancing advertising strategies.
  • Spearhead presentations to prospective clients, articulating the role of analytics in driving business outcomes and differentiating the company’s offerings in the marketplace.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with account leaders and other internal stakeholders to ensure analytics is seamlessly integrated into all aspects of client work.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and media, to embed analytics into the workflow, enhancing the overall effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
  • Run and manage a large book of Integrated Intelligence business in a financially prudent and proactive manner.
  • Identify opportunities for new products or services that enhance the company’s value proposition and competitive advantage.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the overall customer experience, leveraging analytics to deliver more personalized, effective, and engaging client interactions.
  • Gather and act on client feedback to continually refine the analytics offering and enhance the value delivered to clients.
  • Exhibit leadership within the team, by instilling a culture of cohesion, teamwork, learning, development, and passion towards the work we do.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through our collective team greatness. Become a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their big picture strategy and day to day needs.
What You Should Have:
  • 15+ years of experience with a majority in at least one of the following areas: healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing/PR/advertising, strategic planning, digital/social strategy, digital/social analytics, social listening, primary/syndicated research, or account management.
  • Experience with multi-modal research approaches, using novel data sets and triangulating across methodologies to deliver impact
  • High understanding and passion for the pharma/healthcare/life sciences sector
  • A passion for telling stories fueled by data and insights, bringing creativity to analytics, and merging art and science, qual and quant.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a team to develop high quality work in a variety of client situations, setting the standard for delivering value and making a positive impact on our clients and their customers.
  • Proven talent to grow business organically and through new business pitches, including developing sales/marketing strategies for research/analytics techniques and products.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a hunger to be the best. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and solve problems.
Pay Range: $215,000.00-$235,000.00
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
