Your role at Clorox:
As a MarComm Assistant Manager, you'll support brand awareness and engagement through social media, influencer marketing, and PR strategies. This includes crafting content, managing influencer relationships, and coordinating PR efforts like press releases and media outreach. You'll help amplify the brand's voice and ensure consistent communication across channels.

The ideal candidate will stay on top of trends, track campaign performance, and collaborate with teams to align messaging. Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills are key to managing multiple projects and maintaining brand consistency. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the brand’s growth while gaining expertise in marketing communications.
In this role, you will:
  • Manage the day-to-day posting of social media content and plan out calendar, setting cadence of posts and balancing variety of content themes to align with brand content strategy.
  • Write briefs for monthly organic social content, working closely with Content lead, brand team, field sales/SXLs.
  • Supervise social media community management to ensure teams are engaging and responding frequently and accurately on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Build social media ads for key platforms, liaising with creative/influencer agencies and media partners as vital for trafficking.
  • Evaluate organic social media analytics and reports to provide learnings from past content and optimize future content. Pull ad hoc content metrics for campaign share-outs.
  • Vet influencers, creative concepts, and content according to influencer guidelines, validating that selected partners fit both the brand and creative brief.
  • Maintain day-to-day communications with influencer agencies to provide collective brand feedback. Ensure campaigns stay on track and meet key deadlines within the overall timeline.
  • Provide executional support across all media relations needs (mailings/editor events/etc.).
  • Ensure agency receives briefs on priority products and manage fact sheet development.
  • Support ongoing product shipment needs across the fiscal for launch moments as well as opportunistic seeding.
  • Serve as liaison between Electro and brand team for product/model photo shoot planning.
What we look for:
Experience
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience on digital marketing or social media management on a CPG company or Beauty Care Brands
  • Solid base in marketing principles, communication strategies, and media planning.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as SEO, Google Analytics, email marketing software, and social media tools.
Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Proven track record to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Capacity to generate innovative ideas while analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve marketing goals.
Education
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Communications or related experience.

–Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900
–Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400
–Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900
