Market Operations Manager

We are currently seeking to hire an enthusiastic, dedicated Market Operations Manager to join our team. This role will oversee 3 locations for our retail French Pastry business. Locations include 5th & Broadway (Downtown Nashville), Cool Springs Galleria Mall, and The Avenue, Murfreesboro.

Responsibilities will be to ensure strategic goals are met by setting and delivering on operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, overseeing inventory, training, product quality control, on-site visual and digital marketing, and managing employees, to include hiring, scheduling, training, team meetings, progressive discipline and terminating when needed. Must be willing and able to travel between locations as needed on a weekly basis. Training and marketing (social media & digital marketing) experience a plus!
