Key Responsibilities:

• Market and promote our business solutions and employee benefits to potential clients.

• Create and share engaging content on social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Stay updated on market trends and use them to optimize your campaigns.
• Track and analyze your performance metrics, including clicks, conversions, and sales.
• Collaborate with our team to align with brand goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, networking, and sales skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• A cell phone, internet connection, and proficiency in using social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook is REQUIRED.
• Passion for digital marketing and a drive to succeed in a performance-driven role.
