SHORT DESCRIPTION

Join Flow Automotive as a Marketing Account Manager to develop campaigns that enhance brand awareness and sales for assigned locations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

At Flow Automotive we are growing our marketing account management team and seeking someone with entry level marketing experience to join as a Marketing Account Manager. The Marketing Account Managers create and execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, sales retention/effectiveness, and lead-generating opportunities for their assigned locations. They work on-site at our downtown Winston-Salem corporate headquarters as part of our multi-functional in-house automotive marketing group.

Objective of the role:

  • Ensure the timely and successful solutions based on the dealerships needs
  • Provide and manage budgetary proposals by location
  • Identify and create marketing solutions for assigned accounts
  • Coordinate with the design and media team to develop email, television, and print campaigns
  • Ensure that all marketing materials align with Company objectives and brand standards
  • Collaborate with the digital team to create and execute SEM, Display, Youtube and other digital tactics
  • Generate effective copy for social media campaigns
  • Forecast, track and report key performance indicators by brand



Requirements:

  • Team-centric attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Associates or bachelors level education in marketing or business (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively
  • Experience in creating and delivering client-focused solutions
  • Strength in the ability to manage multiple projects at a time without sacrificing detail
  • Must have a valid driver's license
