The Marketing Administrative Assistant Intern will assist with various sales and marketing projects, requiring excellent organization, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.

Job Summary:
The Marketing Administrative Assistant Intern provides a wide range of sales and marketing services for the sales team, with special projects as assigned. The candidate must have excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines, the ability to write well, wordsmith, and proofread others' work, and the ability to work well with other members of the sales and marketing team to present Tribute's mission, vision, and values according to our branding statements.
Job Description:
Marketing Support Responsibilities
  • Review of the website tracker to tag potential prospects
  • Collaborate and assist in the development and implementation of social media posts.
  • Content Development with Sr Sales & Marketing Analyst
  • Work with the Sales Assistant to scrub prospect lists and maintain CRM
  • Other marketing projects as assigned.
  • Sales Support Responsibilities as needed
  • Maintain Qantel Technologies customer passwords and follow up with mailed License Agreements.
  • Provide Inside Sales with expiring hardware warranty information.
  • Research and Order new Hardware/Servers from suppliers and enter order details into TrulinX.
  • Monitor website visitors and identify accounts that have been researching the company.
  • Prepare contracts and various closing documents for new or existing customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role.
  • Interest and knowledge of best practices in LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva is not required but a great asset.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
