The Centre, P.C., northern Indiana’s premiere comprehensive plastic surgery practice and medical spa, adjacent to the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka, IN has a full-time opening. At our practice, the patient is our top priority. We have all the latest technologies across the entire spectrum from non-invasive, same-day treatment to comprehensive surgery; all located in the same practice!
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred
- Three+ years with digital marketing, including online media & planning (in healthcare is a plus!)
- Previous experience as a media/marketing/advertising coordinator and administrative assistance preferred
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite products, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram—DM, etc.
- Demonstrated thorough understanding of standards of media measurement and evaluation
- Provide a portfolio (upon request) of profiles managed – written samples of blog posts, newsletters, other written content, and examples of community building effort using social media or other platforms
- Possesses people-oriented and team-oriented skills including being a supportive, cooperative, collaborative, and fairness-focused employee
The Marketing & Administrative Coordinator position will divide their time between Marketing and Administrative Office responsibilities with the primary focus on Marketing.
Roles/Responsibilities:
· Responsible for maintaining, and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that enhances the practice’s image and position within the marketplace and the public, and facilitates internal and external communications; and, all practice marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, website, media relations, and so forth.
· Role monitors and analyzes current trends in the industry marketplace, identifies opportunities and emerging issues, and understands new technologies and customer reactions.
· Ensures articulation of practice’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the practice, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.
· Coordinates the appearance of all practice print and electronic materials to include but is not limited to letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc. Requires strong analytical skills--specifically the ability to understand complex concepts and technologies to transform them into clear, simple messages for internal and external audiences on all stated materials
· Manages social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties can include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, and promotions, etc. as assigned by the Executive Director or Director Team. Manages presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social application as needed as well as e-commerce activities.
· Use various design software to create visually compelling graphics for implementation across all channels to retain and attract new customers. Channels include print, social media, electronic newsletters, text messages, emails, etc.
· Manage the company e-commerce store by adding/removing items, building out all sale/special event items, maintaining pictures and graphics; and continuously upgrade features/banners/graphics/etc. to keep the site evolving with new content.
· Executes search engine optimization/search engine marketing (SEO/EM) integration, monitoring, and analyzing social media trends and their impact on practice brands as well as monitor Google Analytics.
· Responsible for practice website – maintaining proper linkage of content; updating data, pictures, staff bios, etc., and sending periodic marketing promotions/discounts to clientele.
· Assist in creating comprehensive media plans and develop key messages, media responses, and media materials
· Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including arranging travel plans; research, prioritizes, and follows up on income issues and concerns addressed per instructions and assists for smooth communication between Executive Director and other senior Directors.
· Manage calendars, organize meetings, coordinate with visitors, multitask a strong ability to pay attention to details.
· Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos & preparing communications on behalf of the Executive Director and senior management.
· Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting letters, personal correspondence, confidential information; follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures; distribution of materials (scanning, creating booklets, etc.); and attends scheduled meetings as required.
